The Norwegian club is once again in the hands of the countless services of Soccer Inter-Action’s International Football Academy in Spain to carry out a Stage with its Norwegian Children’s football team.
Days of much more football are what we are living in Soccer Inter-Action thanks to the presence of the Norwegian club Fornebu FK. After the months of football camps at the SIA Center, it’s time for the Stages, and in addition to those already completed by Spanish teams such as Lleida and Ontinyent – both teams in Spain’s Segunda División B – it’s the turn of an old acquaintance: Fornebu FK.
Fornebu FK is a peculiar club to say the least. Formed in the residential area of Stabekk, belonging to the city of Bærum, Fornebu FK is characterised by being a ‘family’ entity where all players are trained from a very young age and over the years they grow up with them. This strong and close relationship allows them to keep a close eye on the development of their young players, where personal development is just as important as sporting growth. However, this characteristic does not mean that they do not have a high level of competitiveness and performance, as season after season they are capable of putting together squads that aspire to the top positions in their leagues. In fact, they have even participated in internationally renowned tournaments such as the Gothia Cup, a competition held in Sweden, where they reached no less than the round of 16 in 2016.
The spring and summer months are getting closer and closer and the tournaments are already knocking on the door, so getting as ready as possible is a priority.
And what better way to do it than at the Soccer Inter-Action High Performance Sports Centre! Fornebu FK, after their pleasant experiences in previous seasons, have once again placed their trust in the services of the SIA International Football Academy in Spain and until next Monday they will be training day and evening with their youth team in our elite facilities.
FRIENDLY FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT
In addition, on Saturday they will test their level against Valencian teams in a triangular tournament organised by Soccer Inter-Action in which the Torre Levante and FC Porto Dragon Force clubs will be present,
and FC Porto Dragon Force. The latter will be the Infantil A of our Soccer School, which is one of the international youth teams of the prestigious Portuguese club
international level of the prestigious Portuguese club FC Porto, two times European champions.
In fact, it is at FC Porto Dragon Force Valencia-Enguera where all the young footballers who are interns in the International Football Academy play, who during these days of Stage share time and space with the Norwegian Fornebu stars. In this way a great atmosphere full of interactions is created, which becomes a nice cultural experience for all players.

HOW DOES THE NORWEGIAN FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION ORGANISE THE MOST POPULAR SPORT IN NORWAY?
The Norwegian Football Federation organises the Norwegian Football League in four divisions. Norwegian football teams can be promoted and relegated within these divisions.
The Norwegian football division Elitteserien (Tippeligaen) consists of 16 clubs. It is played in a league system between March and November. The team winning on points will qualify for the UEFA Europa League from the second round. The runner-up and the third place team will get a place in the UEFA Europa League from the first round. The winner of the Norwegian Cup plays in the same tournament from the second round. If in the top three, another European place is awarded to the fourth. Live Norwegian football is one of the most followed events in the country. Norwegian first division football teams are not among the most competitive in Europe based on results. Although there are some famous Norwegian players like Tore André Flo, Rune Bratseth Henning Berg and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. Arne Brustad, known as “The Colonel”, Magnar Isaksen or the great striker Jørgen Juve. or the last one who signed for Real Madrid Martin Ødegaard.
The second Norwegian football division Adeccoligaen also consists of 16 clubs and the top two are promoted directly. The third division Oddsenligaen consists of 54 clubs in 4 groups. The semi-professional or third league consists of 164 clubs in ten groups.
However, many promising Norwegian football players fall by the wayside due to the lack of academies such as Soccer inter-Action, which include coaching, friendly matches, theory sessions, among many others, all coordinated and supervised by the professionals who are part of the club. There are also not many football agencies in Norway that act as representatives for these promising young players. Soccer has already trained some of Norway’s most promising young players recently.
