All the coaches from SIA Academy and CDB SIA Massanassa were involved in the session. From the cherubs to the first team of SIA Massanassa CF. Everyone had the opportunity to solve doubts and learn new issues to apply them until the end of the season.
Learn football with SIA Academy
This training session by SIA Academy coaches is a regular occurrence. Soccer Inter-Action knows that the coaches are one of the most important parts of the team. Their correct training and their great willingness to learn are fundamental for SIA Academy and CDB SIA Massanassa to work perfectly.
The SIA Academy online training session has already served to apply new methodology in training sessions. Everything revolves around the improvement of the footballer. They are the essential elements to improve and compete in better conditions.
Who delivered the session?
The training session for Soccer Inter-action coaches was conducted by several professionals. The first of them was Rafa Fernández, methodology director of SIA Academy. He was the first professional to take the floor and start the video call. After his intervention, it was the turn of Ximo Blasco, SIA Academy’s physical trainer at the high performance centre in Enguera.
He is in charge of planning the physical sessions for each player of the international academy and the school’s teams. Finally, Carlos León intervened as physical trainer for CDB SIA Massanassa. Carlos ensures that all the processes are carried out at the Massanassa school.
What knowledge was brought to the table?
First of all, Rafa Fernández followed up on the training processes followed at the SIA Academy school and at the SIA Massanassa CBD. The aim is to find problems that need to be solved. They also discussed issues to improve or outline for better teaching the players. In the second part of the video call, Ximo Blasco and Carlos León took the floor.
The physical trainers of Soccer Inter-Action gave a talk to offer some guidelines. The aim of these rules is to improve the player physically. In this way, injuries are prevented and the player’s game is improved.
Classes for coaches at SIA Academy
Soccer Inter-Action has more than thirty professional coaches. They are divided between SIA Academy and CDB SIA Massanassa. All of them have a UEFA Pro licence and focus their work on the improvement of the player through fun and competition, all of them regularly attend the sessions held by SIA Academy to implement new methods or learn new techniques.
They have a high degree of responsibility and professionalism. They all know that in order to make their players improve, they also need to progress themselves.
Other activities for trainers
SIA Academy has held several sessions during this season where the coaches are the main focus. Soccer Inter-Action has had two get-togethers so far. The first one was held at the SIA Center, to get to know each other and to get to know each other before the start of the campaign.
The second one took place at the CDB SIA Massanassa facilities. They got together, learned new techniques to improve from the bench and had some free time to have lunch and play a friendly game. Keeping coaches involved is the basis for improvement.
