The main objective of the SIA Academy international football academy is to offer opportunities to become a professional footballer in Spain. Antonia, Chilean striker of Soccer Inter-Action, is close to achieving this. Her hard work has allowed her to earn a trial for a place at Valencia CF.
The top scorer of SIA Massanassa CF has completed several training sessions with Valencia CF. She has been able to wear the colours of the club and train with the future players of the Primera Iberdrola. A unique and hard-earned experience.
Become a professional football player at SIA Academy
Antonia is close to achieving her dream of becoming a professional footballer in Spain with SIA Academy. She arrived in the summer from her native Chile and earned a place in Soccer Inter-Action’s own women’s football club, SIA Massanassa CF. She is now the top scorer in the category.
Working at the SIA Center and living in the residence of Soccer Inter-Action’s high performance centre has made Antonia a better footballer. Her work together with the professionals of SIA Academy has allowed her to take the first step to make a living playing football.
Training with Valencia CF
Antonia was called up by Valencia CF to complete several training sessions. The Valencian club offered her the opportunity and the Chilean striker from SIA Academy did not let it slip through her fingers. Two days with Valencia CF’s second reserve team turned out to be a great experience.
Valencia CF competes in the same group as SIA Massanassa CF, where Antonia has played this season. In fact, this weekend the women’s team of Soccer Inter-Action will host the Valencianistas. A great opportunity to show her talent as Antonia did.
Working at SIA Academy
Antonia has now been rewarded for all her hard work at the SIA Academy. Since her arrival, the Chilean striker has shown a great capacity for sacrifice. She left her family and friends behind to stay at the SIA Center residence and have the opportunity to become a professional footballer.
Several months of hard work at the SIA Academy have come to fruition. Antonia is now looking forward to taking further steps forward with Soccer Inter-Action. Her physical and mental preparation, which she has been working on at Soccer Inter-Action, has been key.
Valencia CF women’s football
Valencia CF is one of the best football clubs in Spain. Also in women’s football. The Valencianista team has a long history in women’s football, reaching the final of the Copa de la Reina and finishing runners-up in the league. They have not left the elite since they arrived.
Valencia Club de Fútbol was one of the first football clubs to commit to women’s football. It was founded in 2009 after acquiring the Colegio Alemán de Valencia club, founded in 1998. Almost 25 years of history and still has a world to conquer.
Valencia CF women’s teams
Valencia CF has a large women’s football organisation. From the first team to a Valencia “D” team that competes in Primera Regional. The best Valencian players play in all of them. Antonia enjoyed her first steps in professional football with the “C” team that plays in Lliga À PuntValenta.
Valencia also has many women’s teams in grassroots football. From the benjamín category to the infantile category. After that, they become part of Valencia CF D, where the future Valencianista pearls play.
Valencia CF in Primera Iberdrola
Valencia CF’s first women’s team competes in Primera Iberdrola, the top division of Spanish football. It has been doing so uninterruptedly since its beginnings in 2009. Its coach is Andrea Esteban, who gave a talk to the SIA Massanassa CF squad and invited the team to the match against Deportivo Alavés.
The ties between SIA Academy and Valencia CF are united. Both parties share goals and dreams. Antonia has been able to fulfil hers, and she wants more. Soccer Inter-Action continues to work for the international academy players to become professional footballers in Spain.
