Making Homemade Chocolate and Banana Brownie
As part of the different activities of our Annual Programme, last Monday we held a practical cooking workshop, where our Sports Nutrition specialist taught our players how to prepare a homemade chocolate and banana brownie.
The idea was to learn how to make a simple and quick dessert for our players to use as a snack for training.
The recipe consists of a homemade chocolate and banana brownie with no added sugar, where the sugar is provided by the ripe fruit itself, in this case the banana.
It was a very pleasant time where they learned other ways of making healthy and quick dishes. And above all, the recipe was very delicious, and some of the players even repeated the dessert of their own free will in their search for perfection.
Here we share with you the recipe for homemade brownie:
Mash ½ banana
Add 1 egg, 40g oat flour and 39g milk.
Add 2g of baking powder and 10g of cocoa.
Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe bowl and bake for 3 minutes at maximum power.
Leave to stand for 3-5 minutes.
