We are pleased to inform a news of great importance and relevance for SIA Academy and all the players who are not only part of it, but for those who also in the future see in us a great opportunity to live an elite experience and get closer to professionalism.
Soccer Inter-action Academy has reached an exclusive agreement with UD Alzira, the most important club in the municipality of Alzira and one of the most recognized and traditional of the Valencian community, with 100 years of rich history in which it has gone through different stages and moments.
WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF THE AGREEMENT?
With the agreement reached, both parties will obtain benefits for the future that will allow them to continue with development at all possible levels and achieve the proposed goals. Mainly, the objective is to promote the talent of young soccer players who dream of reaching the professional level, at regional, national and international level.
However, for us as an Academy it is a unique opportunity for our players to have the chance to test themselves with a top-level team, get high-performance experience and compete against teams like Valencia Mestalla, Espanyol B or Hercules. As for UD Alzira, they will have the opportunity to internationalize the institution and, in addition, use our facilities, know our structure, methodology and thus generate a dynamic environment for learning and growth.
What is the history of UD Alzira and its current situation?
Undoubtedly, UD Alzira is the most relevant team in Alzira considering the number of members, subscribers and the number of teams in this municipality. The first precedent of the club dates to 1922, when the Alcira Football Club was founded, which over the years ended up disappearing, but in 1931 was re-founded under the name of Agrupación Deportiva Alcira. From then on, it went through different divisions and categories, being close to promotion to the second division in 1964.
Currently, the institution competes in the second RFEF, which is the fourth division of soccer in Spain. In the 22/23 season they finished in 12th place with 45 points, which was enough to remain in the category with the objective of fighting for promotion the following season. Alzira’s stadium is the Luis Soñer Picó and has a capacity for 5,000 spectators.
What is SIA Academy and how does it work?
In a concrete explanation, SIA Academy works with a project of soccer teaching professionals, combining soccer, education and technology, which is aimed at players, coaches and teams. The objective is to create the ideal conditions to develop the maximum soccer potential of our players, so that they have a chance to have a professional future in this sport.
Now, our methodology is carried out based on tactical periodization, which is scientifically based and ensures the most appropriate way for the development of players, coaches and teams based on an idea of quality play, considering all the requirements of modern soccer.
WHY IS THE PARTNERSHIP STRATEGICALLY IMPORTANT?
The agreement between both parties will allow the integral development of young players, since the union of the resources, knowledge and methodologies of both institutions will ensure that the players will have access to first level training in all aspects of soccer. Additionally, it boosts the level of UD Alzira in the search for promotion to the third division as it will have first class methodological information with SIA Academy and for us, an exclusive possibility for young players to have a concrete opportunity close to professionalism.
In short, the union is important because it gives young players the opportunity to receive a first-class training, in addition to both institutions will offer access to better learning opportunities, exchange of tools and knowledge, enhancing the talent of the different areas of SIA academy and UD Alzira.
How does UD Alzira see the agreement?

At the level of SIA, we are going to take advantage of a structure that can allow our lines that we have, we have all the lines in the major categories, we both benefit from the same”.
In addition, the president, Juan Antonio San Juán, made a call to all those involved: “Encourage everyone to take part in this new stage that we are starting, which will be complex because it will require an effort from everyone, but we will move forward with this project”.
