SIA Academy added a great experience since the 14th of April. The international football academy of Soccer Inter-Action was protagonist in the Villarreal Yellow Cup Easter 2022. One of the most reputable Easter grassroots football tournaments in national football.
Soccer Inter-Action took part in the fry categories with three teams, infants, cadets and juniors with two teams. The older ones, members of the SIA Academy U-19 teams, played their first matches of the championship against the host: Villarreal CF. The Villarreal CF – SIA Academy youth category match opened the Villarreal Yellow Cup. The match was played at Villarreal CF’s Ciudad Deportiva on Friday 15 April at 16:30 in front of more than 300 spectators. A unique experience for the international players of the Soccer Inter-Action school.
The match of the football tournament pitted Villarrela CF Wanda against the SIA school team. The final score was 1-0 in favour of the ‘groguet’ team.
