Chakoure Akambi debuted with SIA Academy Youth D
Our international player from Benin, Chakoure Akambi, 18 years old, made his debut in the SIA Academy Youth D this Sunday against C.F. Aielo at the “Campo Municipal Venecia” in Alzira.
Akambi, played the 90 minutes of the match. Thanks to his good physical and technical performance he has combined well the role of midfielder in a 5-3-2 and striker in a 5-4-1.
Antonio Vidal Izquierdo, coach of the SIA Academy Youth D team, assessed Chakoure’s role during the match. Vidal believes that our player has adapted well to the orders and instructions given.
The coach of the SIA Academy Youth D team, also commented that his team knew how to defend the match, working the attacks in different parts of the game. Although he emphasizes that C.F Aielo had great capacity in the exit of the ball and spatial organization with good arrivals.
Vidal recognizes that the team is in its adaptation stage, which needs to improve even more in attack. And that in this match a deep bench was needed for the last minutes as the system had to be touched too much to organize the team after the changes.
The match ended 1-0, with a goal by Luis Aristoteles in 90′.
