SIA ACADEMY PARTICIPATES IN COTIF PROMESES 2021
The SIA Academy Soccer Schools have everything ready to kick off one of the most important football tournaments in Spain. Soccer Inter-Action and CDB SIA Massanassa hope to show all the potential they have.
The countdown is on for the start of the COTIF Promeses 2021. The last week of August is synonymous with COTIF and everyone in the world of youth football is looking forward to this important tournament.
Given the importance of this summer competition, the organisation of COTIF continues to promote its tournament, especially its grassroots football. The so-called COTIF Promeses has established itself as a benchmark grassroots football tournament.
For nine days, the Alevín and Benjamín categories will fight to win the COTIF Promeses on ElsArcs de L’Alcúdia. SIA Academy will be present in these categories with its two Football Schools.
How to prepare for a football tournament?
The Inter-Action Soccer School and CDB SIA Massanassa have already set their sights on the COTIF Promises 2021. With the aim of living a great experience and competing at the highest level, the two SIA Academy Soccer Schools are already preparing for this championship.
The COTIF Promeses 2021 starts on Monday 23 August and ends on Tuesday 31 August. Due to the high temperatures typical of August, the matches will start at 18:00 hours, with games being played at 23:00 hours to ensure that the heat does not take centre stage.
For this reason, the players have to arrive in a good state of fitness and acclimatization, both to the heat and to the playing hours. For this reason, the SIA Academy Football Schools have chosen to start preparing for the COTIF Promises 2021 a week in advance.
The SIA Academy High Performance Centre and the Massanassa sports facilities have been the chosen venues for these training sessions. The resources of both facilities are a differential factor in the preparation of this important tournament.
Soccer Inter-Action plays the COTIF Promeses in two categories
The Soccer Inter-Action Soccer School, located in Enguera and based at the SIA Academy High Performance Centre, has been selected to represent SIA Academy in both the Alevín and Benjamín categories.
In this way, the young players of Soccer Inter-Action will be looking for a double role in the COTIF Promises 2021. The draw has placed the benjamins in Group A, as well as the Alevines.
This football tournament is divided into two groups. Soccer Inter-Action’s benjamins will face CD Malilla, Selección Ribera-Costera, Selección Promeses ND, Soccer Team and PenyaSportinguista in this phase.
For their part, the School’s youngsters will play against Valencia CF, CD Malilla, UE L’Alcúdia, ContauditAlmassera, Selección Ribera-Costera and Barcelona Team.
The top two finishers from both Groups A and B qualify for the semi-finals. These crossings take place on Monday 30 August, while the battle for bronze and the grand final is scheduled for Tuesday 31 August at 20:00 and 21:30.
CDB SIA Massanassa takes part in the COTIF Promeses with its youngest players
CDB SIA Massanassa have made a great start to the 2021/2022 season. Under the slogan “New challenge, new future” the club managed by SIA Academy is in high spirits and eager to make a place among the best in the COTIF Promeses. One of our main sponsors URGITRANS will be with us as the flag bearer of this tournament.
For this, the Massanassa sports facilities have opened their doors to welcome the benjamín team that will participate in this important summer football tournament. Preparation is key and the CDB SIA Massanassa coaches and players are already giving their all.
Unlike the Soccer Inter-Action Soccer School, the CDB SIA Massanassa in the benjamín category is placed in Group B. Their rivals for the top two places in the standings will be World Soccer, Carles EMF, SeleccióAlcoià, E1 Valencia and Cracks.
CDB SIA Massanassa make their debut on Tuesday 24 August at 19:00 against World Soccer, a match that will undoubtedly be one of the highlights of the first day. On the same day, at 23:00, they will close the opening day against Cracks.
