SIA NEVER MISSES ITS APPOINTMENT WITH THE FOOTBALL CAMPUSES
The Soccer Inter-Action High Performance Centre hosts its traditional Christmas Football Camp. Trainings, workshops and the COVID-19 screening tests shine with their own light in the first days of this safe football Camp.
The best gift is football. A somewhat atypical Christmas arrives at home due to the health situation around the world, but football is not resting.
Outdoor sport is undoubtedly one of the best ways to escape from the routine of staying at home and Soccer Inter-Action has put all its resources into making its Christmas Campus something unique.
Initial medical check-up with covid test
Under the strictest sanitary measures, the SIA High Performance Centre, located in Enguera (Valencia) has once again been the headquarters of one of the most complete football camps in the Valencian Community.
Training methodology Tactical Periodisation
With a wide range of activities, the Soccer Inter-Action Football Camp in Spain has focused on enhancing its best features, such as technification and high performance training.
Nutrition and sports psychology workshops
Alongside the many hours of hard work and fun on the pitch, the young players at this Christmas Football Camp also have time for complementary workshops.
English and video analysis workshops
Aspects such as nutrition, psychology, languages and even the use of new technologies are fundamental details in the good development of the athlete, which is why the activities related to their teaching are important in Football Camps such as the one at SIA.
Elite sports facilities
But what makes the Soccer Inter-Action Christmas Campus different? Undoubtedly, the training of its coaches on the pitch. SIA’s elite facilities with two natural grass pitches allow for a myriad of training methods, but playing on the pitch is always the most fun for the young players.
Divided into small groups, complying with health regulations, according to their age range, the players are in constant communication with their assigned coach, who, thanks to having a small group of players, can be attentive to any detail.
Technification in small groups exhausts our young players.
In this way, a personalised training with a tactical periodisation methodology is achieved, where it is more than guaranteed that all the players give their all, so that at the end of each day they leave with the feeling of having done a great job.
In addition to the effort on the pitch, these first few days have shown the good atmosphere among all the players, making all the complementary workshops even more fruitful. The success of the nutrition and psychology workshops held on Wednesday and Thursday was a further stimulant for the young players.
On-site sports cafeteria
Young players who underwent a brief antigen test early on the first day of the Football Camp to determine that none of them were positive for COVID-19.
Clinic within the facility
The club doctor went to the Soccer Inter-Action High Performance Centre and, as he does every week with the Third Division players of UD SIA Benigànim and the Soccer Inter-Action International Football Academy, he tested the participants of the Campus, including of course all the Campus staff.
Without any mishaps in terms of positive results, the Tests were just another anecdote in a Football Camp that will take a day off on 25 December and then return with more enthusiasm than ever.
