What is the Nacho Barberá Memorial?
Atlético de Madrid is staying for several days at the SIA Center. This way they will be able to compete in the Nacho Barberá Memorial. Participating teams in 2022
Six teams will take part in the fourth edition of the Nacho Barberá Memorial. UD Alzira, Valencia CF, Atlético de Madrid, Levante UD, Elche CF and E1 Valencia. All of them in the cadet category. There will also be 8-a-side football matches both on the Raúl Albentosa pitch and the Nacho Barberá pitch.
The Nacho Barberá Memorial will be held on 10, 11 and 12 June. They will play against each other in the group phase. The semi-finals and final will follow. A competition in which SIA Academy is doing its bit by providing accommodation and training for one of the most special clubs.

Another of the objectives of the Nacho Barberá Memorial is to raise awareness of the importance of health and sport. In this way, heart disease and other serious problems can be prevented. The Nacho Barberá Memorial also aims to spread the message about taking care of heart problems.
During the Nacho Barberá Memorial it will be possible to buy commemorative bracelets. There will also be raffles where signed Valencia CF football players’ shirts will be raffled. All proceeds will go to research into sudden death. As well as the money raised from ticket sales.
