Many players wonder how they can become professional soccer players. Practice can get you closer to your goal, but it’s also critical to be in the right place. Training every day on your own can lead to injuries or unevenness in the physical load, which are harmful to the body in the long run.
However, at Soccer Inter-Action we have a methodology for you to train every day without suffering injuries. Our professionals (psychologist, physiotherapist, nutritionist…) allow you to practice more than anyone else so that you are closer to your goal: to be a professional football player.
The values of SIA Academy
In order to achieve this goal, not everything goes. Human formation is also one of our attractions. The boys and girls are immersed in an atmosphere of coexistence and linguistic immersion that will help them to grow in the future. The career of a football player is short. That is why while they are boarding at SIA Academy they will not abandon their studies, thanks to the agreement we have with the British School.
Academy activities
The players carry out both individual and group training sessions. Individually, they train passing, dribbling and shooting techniques, while collectively they train the tactical fundamentals of football. All of this is then put to the test in the friendly and official matches played by the Soccer Inter-Action team during the season.
In our academy other activities are carried out outside the playing field. Some of them focus on the training of the player. Each footballer receives language classes and attends courses in the classrooms of the facilities. There is also the possibility of continuing studies at the British School near the academy. In addition, nutrition and psychology workshops are held every week.
Talent at the service of the group
The purpose of working on individual aspects is that they will later be beneficial for the team. Football is a collective. A good player will be able to exploit all his skills if he understands this. At SIA Academy, one of our main premises is that the footballer understands that he has to help the team as much as possible.
In order to do this, it is often not enough to work on the field. The video analysis room is key for them to be able to see where they have failed and how they can improve. Thanks to the work of our analyst, each player can reach their full potential.
Our routine
All this allows us to train every day, even with double sessions, without any problems. Routine is fundamental in our work methodology. The players quickly acquire positive habits such as responsibility, punctuality or knowing how to be at every moment of the day. This training is also personal and will help them in the future.
What is a day with us like?
This is what a day at Soccer Inter-Action is like. The international footballers of the SIA Academy have breakfast as a group before an individual training session. UEFA Pro licensed Soccer Inter-Action coaches teach and lead the morning training sessions. Low intensity training sessions before tackling the rest of the day.
After a training session with the classes that each player has, it is time for lunch and rest. In the early afternoon, the assigned workshops are carried out each day and they train collectively on the natural grass pitch of the SIA Center with their respective teams. Finally, dinner and rest in the room.
