Ukrainian player from Villarreal CF as an important addition to the SIA Academy team.
Mykita Alexandrov is a Ukrainian U21 international player who came to SIA Academy as a reinforcement for the attack of our amateur team. Coming from the Ukrainian Dnipro, Mykita signed a contract with Villarreal CF, who loaned him to UD Alzira, an affiliated team of SIA Academy. Mykita trained and had first team dynamics, training all week with UD Alzira, which plays in the 2nd RFEF, and playing with SIA Academy. In just a few games Mykita consolidated his position as the team’s top scorer with 5 goals.
These months in which Mykita has shone for his great performances and great goals, along with the team’s group improvement, which is 4 points away from promotion, have led to several teams from higher categories to take notice of him. To continue his footballing progression, Mykita decided to take a step further and leave the SIA Academy family to sign for CF Soller of 3a RFEF on the island of Mallorca. We wish him the best of luck and hope that his development will bring many more goals to the Balearic team.
At SIA Academy we offer players with a track record the opportunity to measure their level against big teams, thus improving as a footballer and being seen by teams of greater relevance. Footballers who are part of SIA Academy can enjoy the opportunities of the annual programme, but also can have this chances at our football camps or tryout programme. The players measure their level with teams from UD Alzira, SIA Academy’s partner club, which has teams in the highest categories of grassroots football and a team in the Spanish fourth division.
UD Alzira has a Cadet team in Autonómica (top U-16 category), a Youth team in División de Honor (top U-19 category) and the first team in the 2RFEF (fourth division in Spain). At SIA Academy we want our players to have the best opportunities to empower your inner player.
