Football activities
A football camp should focus above all on football. That’s where the boys and girls enjoy the most. And that’s what they come to the camp for. At SIA Academy it is the main part of the camp programme. It starts early in the morning with technical activation at 9:00 a.m., followed by shooting activities and the beginning of the game.
After a competitive training session at 12:00, it’s time for other activities. The football pitches of the SIA Academy are filled with players again from 17:00 onwards. This is where the passing is practised, followed by training sessions, friendly matches and competitions.
Non-football activities
Football is not only what happens on the pitch. Other facets of the sport are also exercised off the pitch. The boys and girls at the SIA Academy campus enjoy various activities outside of football. At 11:30 a.m. they have a video analysis session to learn more about the game.
At 15:00 they are given workshops on sports nutrition and sports psychology. All of them are interactive in order to encourage the knowledge of the footballer. At 16:00 they take an English class. Finally, they enjoy competitive moments in the late afternoon. Games such as the handkerchief or fun gymkhanas.
Football campus excursions
The SIA Academy facilities are located in Enguera, Valencia. Away from the city and the hustle and bustle of the crowds. The SIA Center is surrounded by mountains and a lake. Nature, good weather and plenty of sunshine allow the players of the campus to go out and do activities outside the facilities.
Nature outings
The Anna Lake is located very close to the SIA Centre. A paradisiacal and peaceful place where the players go on excursions. There they can swim, safely jump off rocks or just enjoy the day. All under the supervision of the SIA Academy tutors and coaches.
Another nice experience is the bike tour. Soccer Inter-Action has more than 50 bikes available to organise outings. Climbing the nearest mountain and much more. Always in a safe and controlled way to maximise the well-being of the player.
