UD SIA Benigànim – FC Nordsjaelland
UD SIA Benigànim once again have the opportunity to play against a first division team. They have done so on many occasions as a warm-up for other clubs before starting their league. The Danes cannot compete in winter because of the very low temperatures, so they will soon start their league.
The ‘ganxut’ team will not compete in the RFEF Third Division this weekend. UD SIA Benigànim’s league group is made up of 19 teams, with one team resting each matchday. After the draw against Valencia CF, it is now the turn of the SIA Academy first team to rest.
Which team is FC Nordsjaelland?
FC Nordsjaelland is a Danish first division team from the town of Farum in eastern Denmark. Founded in 2003, they play at Farum Park in front of 10,000 spectators every weekend. They were league champions in 2012 and cup winners in 2010 and 2011.
They have competed six times in Europa League qualifiers and twice in Champions League qualifiers. Of these, he has advanced to the group stage in two Europa Leagues and one Champions League. Their highest European finish is the Round of 32, losing twice to Sporting Portugal and Elfsborg.
