SIA Academy players attend U-19 international friendly game
The Guillermo Amor Municipal Field in Benidorm, Alicante, became the setting for an exciting friendly match between Spain’s U-19 national soccer team and their Norwegian counterparts. This friendly, designed to measure the skills of the national players and prepare them for the qualifiers for the elite round of the U-19 European Championship, offers an invaluable perspective on the competitive level and tactics employed at the highest youth level.
In the second meeting between these teams, the Guillermo Amor pitch witnessed a pulsating duel that kept the spectators on the edge of their seats. Kevin Sanchez, wearing the number 9 jersey, led the charge from the start, scoring the crucial winning goal in the 63rd minute, demonstrating his skill and prowess.
Sergi Domínguez, who replaced Kevin Sánchez in the 77th minute, continued the outstanding performance of the Spanish U-19 representatives. Likewise, Mella, entering the game in the second half, played a key role in the Spanish comeback.
